DeterTech unveils the DTNet Security Network

DeterTech, the international provider of innovative and intelligence-led security solutions, has announced the launch of the DTNet security network, the next evolution in comprehensive remote monitoring for site and asset protection.

The temporary site security solution is immediately available for rental in Germany and the Netherlands.

The DTNet security network is a fully integrated system that pairs DeterTech’s market-leading PID 360 visually verified video intruder detection devices with the newly introduced DTSentinel CCTV tower. The DeterTech DTNet can be deployed in any number and combination of units to cater for the precise needs of each individual customer site.

Working together, the DTSentinel tower and PID 360 devices maximise camera and sensor coverage, with a range of features designed to dissuade criminals and intruders. These include night-time tower floodlighting, PIR-triggered spotlights and loudspeaker warnings at the point of intrusion.

When a possible intrusion is detected, the PID 360 instantly relays activation signals to the DTSentinel tower, which provides an additional high-definition viewing angle for as long as the intruder remains on site.

Footage from all activations is securely monitored in real-time by trained operators in DeterTech’s BSEN50518 accredited Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) which operates 24/7/365. This enables the team to visually verify all activations within 60 seconds of detection. Before quickly and efficiently escalating suspicious activity to a pre-agreed list of keyholders, mobile security response or law enforcement

Franz Scherer, Managing Director – Europe, DeterTech, said: “Our innovative security network is the logical next step in site security and asset protection. The pairing of the PID 360 with our CCTV tower eliminates possible blind spots and truly leaves criminals with nowhere to hide.”
