The expanded platform gives authorities greater control over mobile identities and device activity, enabling real-time detection and prevention of attacks that undermine citizen trust, national revenues and digital security.
SIM swap scams are a major global concern, affecting up to 25% of mobile subscribers in some markets and increasing by 1,055% in the UK last year, according to Cifas. Hayo’s enhanced NMR platform addresses these challenges by providing a unified, real-time system to monitor, validate and control SIM and device activity.
The updated platform includes advanced SIM swap detection that identifies abnormal SIM or port-out behaviour within milliseconds, allowing authorities to stop account takeovers before users are impacted. It also strengthens stolen device management through improved device pairing, expanded reporting and integration with GSMA data and national blacklists. Fully automated and configurable, the platform supports compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements.
