ServiceNow has introduced Autonomous Security & Risk, a new platform that combines asset intelligence and identity governance capabilities to help organisations manage AI-driven security risks.
ServiceNow has launched Autonomous Security & Risk, a new platform designed to help enterprises govern AI agents, identities and connected assets through a unified security, risk and compliance framework.
The platform integrates capabilities from Armis and Veza, providing organisations with greater visibility into both connected assets and human and non-human identities as AI adoption accelerates.
According to ServiceNow, security and risk surpassed US$1 billion in annual contract value last year, reflecting growing demand for tools that can manage increasingly complex digital environments. The company said the rise of AI agents is creating new governance challenges as organisations struggle to track identities, permissions and access rights across their systems.
“Today’s CISOs have to operate at two speeds: neutralising threats in real time while reporting risk to the board with conviction,” said John Aisien, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Central Product Management, Security & Risk, ServiceNow.
“Autonomous Security & Risk replaces that fragmented stack with a single graph that maps every identity, every permission, and every connected asset, so prevention, detection and response happen at machine speed.”
Veza’s technology provides visibility and governance across human and non-human identities, while Armis delivers real-time intelligence on connected assets spanning IT, OT, IoT and cloud environments.
ServiceNow said the platform also includes AI-powered specialists that can automate vulnerability management and security operations workflows. The company added that its AI Control Tower continuously monitors AI agents, enforces least-privilege access and provides audit trails designed to support compliance and risk management requirements.
The launch strengthens ServiceNow’s position in the rapidly growing market for AI governance and enterprise cybersecurity platforms as organisations seek greater control over AI-driven operations.
